01. How do we book you for the wedding?
05. Is the pre-wedding Mini Session included in all packages?
Booking us is simple. Once you choose your package, we will send a contract and invoice for the deposit. Your date is fully secured as soon as the signed contract and deposit are received. We are always available to guide you through the process and answer any questions along the way.
Yes. The Mini Session is included in every package. If you choose not to use it before the wedding, you may remove it, although the package price will remain the same. Alternatively, you can keep it as a voucher and redeem it for a 6-month or 12-month anniversary shoot.
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
06. Is the deposit refundable?
Absolutely. We love destination weddings and are happy to travel wherever your story takes us. Travel and accommodation will be added to your chosen package, and we will handle all logistics to make the experience easy and stress-free for you.
Your date is secured with a booking fee of 50% of your total fee. Because we turn away other couples for your date, the booking fee is not refundable if you cancel. There are exceptions, for example if we re-book your date, or in the case of death or hospitalisation. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your booking agreement set out the full terms.
03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?

We approach family photos with clarity and efficiency to keep things smooth and relaxed. Before the wedding, we create a list with you so everyone knows where to be and when. On the day, we guide each group gently and quickly, ensuring the moments are organised yet natural.
Of course. Any extra hours or services beyond your chosen package can be added as needed and will be charged separately at our standard rate of R1500 per hour.

Yes, we do. Engagement sessions are a beautiful way for us to get to know you and for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera. They are relaxed, creative, and tailored to your personalities, giving you a set of images that celebrate this chapter of your story.
You will receive a set of sneak peeks within 48 hours of your wedding. The full gallery of edited images will be delivered within 30 days.
