These terms cover your use of this website. Your signed booking contract governs the services we provide and takes priority if the two differ. After we confirm your date, you will receive your personalised contract to review and sign online.

1. Supplier details: Dexterous Weddings, a brand of Dexterous Digital, Edenvale, Gauteng, South Africa. Email hello@dexterousdigital.co.za, phone +27 83 790 7230. Our full physical address is available on request. These details are provided under section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

2. Prices: Prices are in South African rand. A quote is valid for 30 days. Travel and accommodation outside Gauteng are quoted separately.

3. Bookings: Your date is secured once we receive your signed contract and deposit. Package contents, delivery times and payment dates are set out in your contract.

4. Cancellations and refunds: See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Website content: The photos, film, designs and text on this site belong to Dexterous Digital or are used with permission. Please do not copy, download or reuse them without written consent.

6. Client images: Usage rights for your wedding images, including whether we may show them in our portfolio, are set out in your contract.

7. Accuracy: We work to keep the information on this site correct, but packages and prices can change. The price in your quote or contract is the one that applies.

8. Your rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website.

9. Privacy: We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
